  • For corporate retreats and company offsites, we recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your target date. Peak season (late spring through early fall) books fast — the earlier you're in conversation with us, the better your venue options. That said, we've pulled off incredible events on shorter timelines. If you've got a date in mind, reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.

  • We work with groups as intimate as 50 and as large as 500+. Every package is custom-built around your headcount, so whether you're rewarding a tight-knit leadership team or rallying your entire company, we've got the right venue and program for it.

  • We handle everything. Venue, programming, catering, transportation, accommodations, AV, swag — the works. You show up, your team has the time of their lives, and you take all the credit. That's the whole point.

  • Absolutely. When you book with us, we collect all dietary and accessibility information in advance so nothing is left to chance on the day. Our team coordinates directly with caterers and venue staff to make sure every single guest is taken care of.

  • Yes. While many of our flagship camp venues are in the Northeast, we work with companies across the country and can source venues in your region. We also regularly host teams who travel in from out of state — transportation and accommodation logistics are part of what we do.

  • Every event is custom-quoted based on group size, duration, venue, and programming. We don't do one-size-fits-all pricing because we don't do one-size-fits-all events. Reach out with a few details — headcount, rough date, and what kind of experience you're after — and we'll put together a proposal that makes sense for your budget.

  • Private events are open to all kinds of groups — corporate retreats, brand activations, milestone celebrations, weddings, and large-scale production events. If you have a vision, we have a way to make it happen.

  • You'll hear from our events team within 24–72 hours. We'll set up a quick call to understand your goals, walk you through venue and package options, and get to work on a custom proposal. No lengthy intake forms, no runaround — just a real conversation with people who know what they're doing.
