Camp No Counselors Refund & Transfer Policy 2027

Life happens. We get it. Here’s how refunds and transfers work so you can plan with confidence.

Refunds: 60+ days before camp
If you cancel 60 or more days before the first day of your camp session, we’ll refund your camp ticket, minus a $150 cancellation fee per ticket. Add-ons (including transportation and private rooms) are non-refundable. Third-party processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Within 60 days of camp
Refunds aren’t available within 60 days of your session. By then we’ve locked in venues, staff, food, and programming based on headcount. Your best option is a ticket transfer (below).

Ticket transfers
Can’t make it? Pass your spot to a friend at no cost. Transfers are allowed up to 14 days before camp. The new camper must meet all attendance requirements (21+, signed waiver) and agree to these terms. Add-ons do not transfer with the ticket. Transfers to a different session or event aren’t available.
