4 days spent getting outdoors, spending life by the lake and enjoying late nights with firelight in your face.

Nights spent dancing beneath the pine trees and under the stars with strangers soon to be friends.
A place where you will find an escape from the busy bustle of city life, the daily commute, the work grind and the boring monotony of the normal.

This is Camp No Counselors.

Located in the rugged mountains just 2 hours outside of New York City lies our flagship summer camp location.
Your new home away from home and a resort-like camp that is considered to be at the very top of its game.

It is here you will experience our 3 night all-inclusive adult summer camp event.
Complete with dozens of camp activities, nightly socials, daily events, accommodation, beautiful meals, unlimited drinks and a team that brings it all to you in a kick-ass fashion. 

This little slice of outdoor paradise brings back that defining image of childhood, a time that was spent exploring, socializing and forever playing.  A time way back when you never even questioned hanging out with new people or trying new things.

Camp Location

Our flagship camp sits on 400+ acres of private land in Northeastern Pennsylvania — a real, state-of-the-art summer camp, and one of the best in America. It's a two-hour drive from Manhattan or Albany, two and a half from Syracuse or Philadelphia. Close enough to get to, far enough to actually feel like you left.

What's on the property is almost unfair. An epic private lake. A heated pool with a 100ft waterslide. Lake inflatables to launch yourself off of. An adventure course with rock climbing, a high ropes course, a swing shot, and archery for your inner action hero.

Then the rest of it: beach volleyball, dodgeball, tennis, basketball, waterskiing, tubing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, kickball, a yoga studio for the morning after, arts & crafts, and more. Dozens of activities, which means there's genuinely something here for everyone.

Getting here is easy too. Grab a seat on our private bus to and from Newark Airport or drive yourself and use the secure on-site parking. Either way, all you have to do is show up.

    Standard Cabins

    These are dormitory style cabins that sleep from 6-12 people. During check-out you can choose between all-male, all-female and couples lodging options.

  • A room with four beds, three single beds with blue bedding and one bunk bed with a wooden frame, all against wooden paneled walls and with blinds-covered windows.

    Linen & Towel Service

    All linen and towels are included.

    Bathrooms

    All of our cabins have built-in private bathrooms and showers complete with toiletries and amenities.

Let’s Play Camp

Every morning at flagpole you pick your day. New York has the most to pick from: the lake and everything on it, the pool, the adventure course, archery, tennis, a dodgeball bracket that gets personal, and a yoga studio for the morning after. Some of it you'll do solo, most of it with the people you met at breakfast, and none of it is compulsory.

What’s the Food Like?

Eight full meals across the weekend, with multiple genuinely good options at every one, built with the camp kitchen.

Beyond the main dishes there are salad bars, fruit stations, freshly baked items and a dessert bar at meal times, plus snacks through the day and a late-night option for when the night refuses to end.

We cater for every dietary need and we collect yours before camp, so there's nothing to sort out when you get here.

It's hot, it's non-stop, and you can't run on vibes alone. We go all in on the food so you can go all in on everything else.

New York Camp FAQs

When is camp?

We run two New York camps in 2027: 28 to 31 May over Memorial Day weekend, and 3 to 6 September over Labor Day weekend. Both are three nights and four days, all-inclusive.

Where is camp and how do I get there?

Camp is held at The Acres in Equinunk, Pennsylvania, just over the New York state line. Most campers travel from New York City.

There's free, secure parking on site if you'd like to drive. If you'd rather not, our round-trip bus is a $150 add-on you can buy at checkout or add later if your plans change.

  • Pick-up & drop-off: Newark Airport Marriott, 1 Hotel Rd, Newark, NJ 07114
  • Departs Newark: 12:30pm Friday
  • Departs camp: 10:00am Monday
What are the cabins like?

Modern, clean cabins sleeping 6 to 8 campers, with attached private bathrooms and hot showers. Your bed is made up and ready for you when you arrive.

Is there air conditioning?

No air conditioning in the standard cabins, though nights and mornings run cool here so most campers sleep comfortably. Private rooms with air conditioning and heat are available as an add-on for $399.

Do I need to bring a towel?

No. Bedding, linens and towels are all provided.

Can I upgrade my accommodation?

Yes. Private rooms are available as an add-on for $399, and private cabins are available too. Groups of 8 or more get a complimentary private cabin upgrade at our New York camps. Email info@campnocounselors.com and we'll confirm availability for your dates.

What activities are there?

Outdoor Adventure Course, Archery, Pickleball, Beach Volleyball, Wiffleball, Yoga, Arts & Crafts, Paint & Sip, Pool & Lake Activities, Boating, Waterski & Tubing, Dodgeball, Kickball, Tie-Dye, Trail Walks and more.

Is there swimming?

Yes. New York has a private lake and a pool, plus boating, waterskiing and tubing.

Are there trained staff to run the activities?

Yes. The name might be Camp No Counselors, but we have highly trained and qualified staff running the majority of activity areas. We always have lifeguards, outdoor adventure staff, medical professionals and security, as well as a number of our core camp team helping run socials, activities and more. We take the quality of our events very seriously, and we make sure our campers are safe and having fun too.
