Yes, and a lot of people do. Coming alone is the best way to do camp, because you arrive with no one to fall back on and that is exactly what makes it work. You will be placed with people in the same position, you will have a group by Friday night, and you will spend Sunday swapping numbers. Nobody at camp is a stranger for long.

Then you will fit right in with about half the camp. You do not have to be loud or sporty or good at any of this. Activities are the easy way in, because you are doing something together rather than standing in a room trying to make conversation. You will not eat alone, and you will not be the only one who felt nervous on the way in.

No. Our campers run from their mid twenties well into their fifties and beyond, and the people who worry most about age usually have the best weekend. There is no cut off on fun and nobody at camp is counting.

Plenty of people drink, plenty do not, and nobody keeps score. The bar is open and it is included, but so is doing none of that. Come sober, come curious, come however you want. You will have the same weekend either way.

Not one of them. Do everything, do nothing, or do three things and then lie down for the rest of the afternoon. Nobody takes attendance and there is no version of this weekend you are doing wrong. Have a look at a typical day at camp to see how it runs.

No. There is yoga if you want it and a lake at sunrise if you are up, but nobody is going to make you journal. This is summer camp with a bar, not a program of self improvement.

It is awkward for about an hour. Then you are on a bus, or at dinner, or in a dodgeball game with eleven strangers, and it stops being awkward very fast. Most people arrive quietly nervous. By Saturday nobody can remember who turned up with whom.

That is the thing people are most surprised by. They come for the lake and the open bar and leave talking about the people. Most campers go home with a group chat that is still going at Christmas.

Kind, loud, and a little ridiculous. We have one rule, don't be the asshole, and it covers everything. Look out for each other, leave the outside world at the gate, and treat everyone like they belong, because they do.

Everything. Your accommodation for three nights, all meals, premium drinks, snacks, every activity, and every social. Once you are at camp you will not spend a dollar. Each camp page lists exactly what's on site: Texas, New York, California and Michigan.

Getting to camp, unless you add the round trip bus. Private room upgrades and merch are also extra. That is the whole list.

Camp is 21 and over at every one of our events.

Drive in, or take our round trip bus from the pickup point in your market. The bus is the easier option, and the party starts the moment the doors close. Pickup points and departure times are on each camp page: Texas, New York, California and Michigan.

Check in runs on the first afternoon and we will send exact times with your confirmation. The bus departure time is fixed, so build your travel around it if you are taking it. Your camp page has the exact bus time.

The bus leaves camp on the final morning. If you are flying home that day, book your flight for later in the afternoon to be safe.

Shared accommodation, allocated by what you select at checkout. Solo campers are placed in single sex accommodation, and couples' accommodation is for campers arriving with a partner. Cabin details vary by site, so check your camp page.

At New York and California only. New York private rooms are $399 for the weekend, and they include air conditioning and heat. Texas and Michigan do not offer them, so everyone is in shared accommodation at those two camps. If you do upgrade, that is where you will stay regardless of what you selected for accommodation type.

Enter the same group name at checkout and we will place you together wherever we can. You can also name up to three people you would like to bunk with. More on booking as a group.

We will send a recommended list with your confirmation and a detailed one closer to camp. Short version: things you do not mind getting wet, something warm for the evenings, and a costume or two. A couple of camps ask you to bring your own towel, so check your camp page before you pack.

Tell us when you book. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and more, and our kitchen will have your name and your needs ready before you arrive.

It varies by camp, and honestly that is part of the point. Tell anyone who needs to reach you that you will be slow to reply.

Yes. We have security and EMTs on site for the whole weekend.

Everyone books their own ticket and enters the same group name at checkout. Agree the exact wording first, since different spellings will land as different groups. Full details on the group bookings page.

No, and that is deliberate. Everyone pays the same price, whether you are coming alone or bringing twenty people. It means nobody in your group is quietly paying more than anybody else, and there is no awkward maths to sort out before you book. Payment plans are available at checkout if that helps spread the cost.
