Yes. Production events are large-scale, ticketed or invite-only experiences designed for external audiences — brand activations, sponsored festivals, consumer events, and multi-day experiential programs. If you're hosting your own team, that's our Company Retreats package. If you're putting on an event for customers, fans, or a broader audience — that's production, and that's this page.

Our production event packages are typically built for groups of 100 and up, with venue capacity stretching to 1,000+ depending on the location and format. If you're not sure what size makes sense for your goals, that's a great first conversation to have with our team — we'll help you think through the right scale for your budget and objectives.

Not at all. Some clients come to us with a fully built brief. Others come with a feeling — "we want something that feels like a festival but intimate, outdoor, and on-brand." We can work from either end. Our creative team is part of the process from day one, so even if you're still shaping the vision, we're a useful room to be in early.

Yes. We can build a branded ticketing platform specifically for your event — custom URL, your visual identity, staged release options, and a clean checkout experience. We also manage all inbound customer support so your team isn't fielding ticket questions at 11pm.

We manage all of it — event permits, liquor licensing, insurance coverage, health and safety protocols, EMT on-site, and any venue-specific legal requirements. This is one of the most stressful parts of producing a large event and it's one of the first things we take off your plate when we kick off a project together.

Absolutely. If you have existing vendor relationships or sponsors you want activated at the event, we work alongside them. We'll integrate your partners into the production plan and manage the coordination on our end so you're not playing traffic cop between multiple suppliers on event day.

You have two options. You can host your event at one of our venues — including The Acres, our exclusive East Coast property — or we can source a venue from our partner network based on your location, capacity, and aesthetic requirements. We can also work at a venue you've already identified. The full production package travels with us regardless of where the event is.

For large-scale production events, we recommend starting conversations at least 4–6 months out. High-demand dates — summer weekends, fall harvest season, major holiday windows — can book significantly further in advance. If you're working with a tighter timeline, reach out anyway — we've produced events on compressed schedules before and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

A dedicated Allaway Events production team is on the ground for the full duration of your event — from setup through breakdown. That includes an event director, operations lead, hospitality staff, and customer-facing team members. The number of staff scales with your event size. You won't be managing people on the day — that's entirely our job.
