Brand Partnerships
The campaign where your brand gets invited.
Tell us more…
Camp No Counselors has been running adult summer camps since 2013. Over 150 of them, for more than 50,000 campers. In 2027 we are running five events across four locations, from Texas in March through to Michigan in September.
What makes camp different from most sponsorship is not the size of the crowd. It is the quality of the attention. Everybody is on site for three full nights, signal is patchy, and there is nowhere else to be. No feed to compete with, no second screen, and no leaving early.
Everything is already included in the ticket, so campers do not spend a dollar once they arrive. No tabs, no upsells, no queues to pay in, and no other brands shouting for the same transaction. That takes away the thing that makes most activations feel like work.
What it leaves is something brands rarely get access to. A few days where you are not interrupting anything. You are the bar people are drinking at, the color war they will still be talking about in October, the thing in the welcome bag they actually used. By Sunday your brand is part of a weekend people describe to their friends for years.
We work with a small number of partners each season and we build each one properly. Some want trial. Some want content. Some want their logo nowhere near it and simply want to be the reason something good happened.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you honestly whether camp is the right place to do it.
The case for camp
Why Camp Works for Brands
Most sponsorship buys you a logo in a space people are trying to get through. Camp is the opposite. Three nights, a few hundred adults, phones away, nothing to buy and nowhere else to be. Here is why that changes what a partnership is actually worth.
01
Three nights of actual attention
An impression is roughly two seconds of a thumb moving past something. That is the unit most media is bought in, and everybody involved knows it.
Camp does not work like that. People arrive on a Thursday or Friday and they do not leave until Sunday or Monday. Signal is patchy at most of our sites, so phones go in a drawer within the first few hours and stay there. There is no feed to compete with, nothing to scroll past, and no second screen.
Whatever you build is simply part of where they are for three days. They walk past it, use it, sit in it and talk about it, repeatedly, with the people they are making friends with.
02
Everything is included, so you stand out
Camp is fully all-inclusive. Accommodation, every meal, premium drinks at every bar, every activity. Once a camper arrives they do not spend a single dollar.
That removes the thing that makes most brand activations feel like work. There is no tab to open, no queue to pay in, no upsell, and no other brands shouting for the same transaction.
So when your product is in someone's hand, it reads as hospitality rather than a sell. People take it, use it, and come back for it, which is a very different relationship from being handed something at a stand.
03
Five weekends, one deal
In 2027 we run five camps across four locations: Texas in March, New York over Memorial Day, California in August, New York again over Labor Day, and Michigan in September.
That is a season, not an event. One negotiation, one contract and one production team covers March to September, across the Northeast, the Midwest, Texas and the West Coast.
It also lets you de-risk. Start at one camp, see what the activation actually does, and scale it across the rest of the calendar without going back to the start.
04
The content writes itself
A studio shoot costs a fortune and still looks like a studio shoot. Camp produces the thing those shoots are trying to imitate, in volume, for free.
Campers film constantly. The lake, color war, the costume night, the campfire. Our creator program brings a small group of creators to every camp, briefed and ready to work your brand in properly. Our own team shoots photo and video on site and hands it over with usage rights attached.
None of it is cast, scripted or lit. It is a few hundred adults genuinely enjoying themselves, which is the single hardest thing to fake and the easiest thing to recognize.

On-Site Activations
Your own footprint at camp. A lounge, a bar, a court, a recovery tent, a stage. Built and run by our production team and designed to be somewhere people actually want to be.
-

Featured Products
Your product at the bar, at breakfast, in the welcome bag, on the bus. Used and talked about across three days, rather than handed out at a stand.
-

Digital Sweepstakes and Competitions
A camp ticket is a genuinely desirable prize. Run a sweepstake on your channels and acquire from our audience while we acquire from yours.
-

Named Moments
Your brand on color war, the pool party, the adventure course or the talent show. In the schedule, called at flagpole, and in every photo anyone takes that day.
How it Works
1. Tell us the objective. Trial, awareness, content, data or retail. What the campaign needs to deliver.
2. We build the plan. Which camps, which assets, what it costs. Usually within a week, always with a number attached.
3. We produce it. Built and run by the Allaway Events production team, who deliver all five camps.
4. You get the report. Content, reach, redemptions and survey data. Then we plan 2028.
