We are seeking a Sales/Business Development Representative to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential corporate customers in order to fuel the sales pipeline. We need a natural hunter that is passionate, creative, ambitious and driven to help connect us with corporate retreat clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing, prospecting lists and personal discovery through individual research. Proven success in reaching key decision makers is essential. You will use your research and communication skills to extend our message to potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost corporate retreat sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.



  • Lead generation from researching specified roles inside targeted prospects
  • Work directly with CEO on a daily basis
  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails; 70-100 activities per day (emails, cold calls, meetings, etc.)
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Research potential clients and who to contact in their organizations
  • Figure out how to contact the appropriate person in their organizations
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Work closely and directly with the Sales team on (monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-year of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar pure hunter role.
  • Has worked for a large company with formal corporate sales training
  • Is confident, friendly, personable, and comfortable on the phone
  • Is competent in Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel
  • Has a killer work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM software a plus, but not required
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and open to learning, coaching and development
  • Ability to deliver engaging messages about our company and offerings
